The Women's & Gender Studies Program offers students the opportunity to pursue a Master's degree in Women's & Gender Studies. Students take approved courses from an array offered both in the program itself and in other departments. This degree prepares graduates for work in non-governmental and non-profit organizations in both domestic and international contexts. The program provides a global focus on the role gender plays in poverty, in culture, in security, and in development, as well as many other societal structures. Students are also encouraged to serve internships through the program as these have been beneficial for future employment.
