The University of North Texas offers an interdisciplinary undergraduate minor in Women's & Gender Studies that allows students to design a course of study suited to their own academic interests and needs. We also offer students the opportunity to pursue a Master's degree in Women's & Gender Studies. Students take approved courses from an array offered both in the program itself and in other departments.
Students in Women's & Gender Studies may interact with more than 40 members of the Women's & Gender Studies affiliated faculty who regularly teach courses that expand understandings of gender differences, cultural diversity, and social changes while strengthening critical thinking and communication skills.
